How to score it honestly: tick a box only if you have documented evidence — a signed policy, a dated register, a completed audit report. Controls marked MANDATORY are pass/fail: miss even one and no amount of other progress can make you "audit-ready", so your band is capped. That mirrors how certification actually works.
