What we collect
We collect the email address you submit to receive the Starter Kit and regulatory brief, and, if you subscribe, the account and billing information needed to provide paid services (billing is handled by our merchant of record — we do not store full card numbers). We collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
The readiness assessment stays in your browser
Our readiness assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
How we use your data
To send you the materials you requested and the monthly brief; to provide and support paid services; to improve the Service; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email service provider, our hosting provider, and our payment merchant of record — under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and Korea's PIPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, contact us below.
Retention
We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications or hold an account, and only as long as needed thereafter to meet legal obligations.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
Contact
Privacy questions or requests: bigjay11@gmail.com. Entity details are in our Legal Notice.
This is a good-faith template. Confirm your email provider, hosting and payment processor names, and have it reviewed against GDPR and PIPA before launch.
