Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first Pro payment, contact us within 14 days of that payment for a full refund of that charge. This applies to your initial subscription payment.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, because you can cancel beforehand to avoid renewal. If something went wrong (for example a charge after you cancelled), contact us and we'll make it right.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country — including, where applicable, EU/UK distance-selling withdrawal rights and rights under Korean consumer-protection law.

How to request a refund

Email bigjay11@gmail.com from your account email with your order details. Refunds are issued through our merchant of record to your original payment method.
