Customer support

Ask us a question — get a real answer

Stuck on a control, a document, or what the AI Act asks of you? Send it here. You'll get a specific, sourced answer from the people who built Govern42 — not a chatbot deflection. Members can also ask right inside their readiness cockpit at any point in the project.

How support works

Three simple steps — nothing to install, no ticket portal to learn.

  1. You ask. Use the form below (or the panel in your cockpit). Tell us your plan and, if it helps, which document or step you're on.
  2. We answer. A person reviews it, checks the regulation against a first-party source, and writes you a specific answer — with the clause or article it comes from.
  3. You get the reply by email, at the address you gave us, within the response time for your plan. Follow-ups on the same thread are welcome.

Response times by plan

These are targets on business days (Mon–Fri). We usually beat them — but we'd rather promise honestly than promise big.

PlanFirst responseWhat's covered
FreeSelf-serveThe FAQ and free tools answer most general questions instantly.
StarterWithin 2 business daysQuestions about your documents, the Sprint, and your cockpit.
ProWithin 1 business day (priority)Everything in Starter, plus AI Act obligations, Watch items, and the high-risk pack.
ManagedSame / next business day + scheduled reviewsHuman review checkpoints and an accredited-body introduction when you're audit-ready.

We answer questions to help you prepare. We're not a law firm or an accredited auditor, so for a binding legal interpretation of your specific case we'll tell you plainly when to bring in counsel or an accredited body.

Your assessment and documents stay in your browser — we only receive what you type here, so include the detail you're comfortable sharing.

Typical Pro reply: within 1 business day.

Just have a general question?

Most general questions — what you get, certification scope, billing, data and trust — are answered right away on the Help & FAQ page. We keep answers there instead of a public Q&A board on purpose: regulatory answers need to be precise and sourced, so we'd rather answer your exact situation directly than leave a generic thread that could mislead someone else's.
